The café where it began

One ordinary object connected the beginning of a relationship to its newest chapter.

A ceramic cup resting on a marble café table

For a couple about to marry, the most meaningful direction was not a grand object. It was a place: the café where they had their first date.

A cup from that café carried the memory naturally. It was then engraved with both of their names and the date of their official wedding—bringing the first day and the forever day into one object.

The first date, carried forward to the wedding day.
A closer look at the detail.

The gift worked because the detail could only belong to them. It was useful, modest, and full of a story that did not need to be explained.

They were genuinely surprised. More importantly, they felt recognized: someone had remembered where their life together began.
